I had a positive experience with Riddhi. She’s empathetic, * ***** ********* and makes you feel comfortable from the start. I appreciate how she explains the reasoning behind the therapy methods or tools she suggests.

What stood out to me is that her aim is to help you build the ability to manage things on your own. She’s not someone who insists on weekly sessions just for the sake of it. If you’re doing well, she’s open to reducing the frequency, which I found refreshing. She’s approachable, insightful, and easy to talk to.
