I suffered from foot injury due to sudden twist in it and had experienced deadly lower-back ache during a household work. I searched for Physiotherapy center online and found Nirmal Physiotherapy as one of the nearest and with most of the good reviews. I visited center 2 days later, when Dr Premlata Ma'am diagnosed my issue with her methods and findings without any Xray reports and explained the problem and the course of treatment to me and my spouse without any hassle, hurry or push. She is very kind, cooperative and helps patients, during the treatment tenure to explain and answer their queries and concerns without any hiccup. The Clinic staff is very cooperative and polite. Doctors are very transparent, precise and accommodating on all the requests you make to them right from payment plans to the convenient shift timings for therapy sessions. Also when I got the Xray done for 2nd opinion, the reports matched to Doctor's diagnosis done on the 1st day of my treatment. Am on my 11th day of my 20-days course of Physiotherapy and after following all the instructions by Premlata Ma'am in regards to my diet plans, exercise and all the Do's & Don'ts explained, am now feeling confident and can feel the difference as not only the twist and complicationsin my foot has been sorted but I have regained the balance in my walking and feel . I've been a patient of Dr Lata since almost 4 months (my case was pretty bad). I came to her with a severe case of slip disc and osteoarthritis and with my mental health as well as personal life in shambles. Lata and Umesh ji have helped me so much to get back ok my feet. No support system Lata an umesh Ji have been such a great suport system to me these past months. They've not only been helping me patiently with my physical health but Lata ji has also been helping me get my diet in control. Motivating me to eat nutritional foods and simple exercoes that my body can handle. And.this is all.over and above the treatment provided on paper. Apart from that she always helps with tips to reduce my stress. Coz i do take a.lot of stress. I now eat decent meals,.my health has improved drastically. My pain has also reduced a lot. Considering the state i came in i didn't have any hope left in life or health-wise. Its like buy one get one here. You come here for physical therapy and get free mental therapy 😃😃😃. In all my time here I've seen people with different problems get treated and never come back. I've seen hope-less cases also show improvement. This place really cares about the patients as their own.

I was suffering from severe back pain and pain in entire right leg and felt numbness in right leg.My Ortho Dr suggested for surgery if pain continues more, However he advised me for Physio Therapy. So I joined Nirmal Physio centre through my nephew's reference who had taken treatment from this centre earlier. Initially I had severe pain and numbness but gradually reducing the same day by day due to effective physio therapy done at this centre.

The Doctors and staff here are very professional and helped a lot to improve my condition, specially thanks to Dr Prenayam Jaiswal and Mr Umesh Jaiswal. Now my condition is much better than before and feeling 80% recovery. Still physiotherapy is going on.

Hi my name is anshu thakur and i am 23 year old i was having a lower back issue after a mri report there was a disc bulge with nerve compression in my lower back..my orthopedic doc suggested me a physiotherapy ..i found nirmal physiocare no on practo and booked apointnment with dr lata..she sugested me a 20 days session for recovery of lower back ..Today is the 16th day out of 20 session and believe me guy i m felling very well ..more than 70% of recovery i have got..Thank u team nirmal physiocare and special thanks to dr lata .

I have been facing slip disc issue along with severe stiffness from hamstring all the way to lower back. My movement was quite restricted. It’s been 22 days now I have been visiting Dr. Premlata and without a doubt I can assure there has been a great improvement in my movements. My treatment plan consists of exercise, traction and IFT. Gradually the exercise keeps on changing. Initially exercise was meant to focus on stretching and now its been changed to focus on strengthening and stability. 8 more days to complete my course and recover completely.

I visited for Back Pain

I started my therapy around 3 weeks back for my lower back pain. I had this persistent pain since long time and had consulted various physio earlier. Since I started my session with Nirmal Physiocare i can feel the difference I got amazing releif from my pain. When I get up in the morning I feel fresh and even can sit without any discomfort now. I must mention the Dr Premlata Jaiswal gave personal attention and explained the cause and besides daily exercise they even suggested the diet and liquid intake which is helping me alot. I have visited Dr. Premlata Jaiswal for severe leg pain after consulting I came to know that I have sciatica and cervical spondylitis which needs immediate treatment.

Initially I was sceptical to take both the treatment so I started with treatment for sciatica. I was totally depended on painkillers as was unable to walk, sit or get up on my own but after 6days session I was able to walk, sit or get up on my own without taking any painkillers.

Which gave me a hope that this is going to work and now after 20 days session I am satisfied with the treatment and also started treatment for cervical spondylitis. Dr. Premlata is very good in explaining the patient their underlying issue with thorough examination and also approachable at any given point of time to answer any queries.

Appointment for 5.15 stretched to 6.15.******** ******** ******* ******** ** ********** ***** ********* When i asked to write down on a note he literally said, "isme kya likhne ka". None of what he was explaining was getting into the head of me my mom or dad. My dad asked a simple question of treatment will you provide if paid in full i.e 30k approx for 1 month. His answer was," hum doctor hai hum dekh lenge". When we were just asking in bit in detail as my mom is a ex - cancer doctor *** ******* ** ****** *** ** ****

I was having lower back pain for which initially I took painkillers and also consulted the orthopedic who gave me medicines but the pain was still there and hence he recommended that I should visit a Physiotherapist.

I visited Nirmal Physio care where I met Dr. Premlata Jaiswal who examined and explained me the cause of the issue and also assured me that this pain will go within 20 days of treatment.
