I have been experiencing PCOS since an early age. At first, when I was diagnosed I was filled with dread at having to deal with this but when Neha Ma'am joined me in my journey, I underwent a significant change in every aspect. I was able to manage my stress better, get my sleep schedule on track, lose an adequate amount of weight, and in the process, I received the self-confidence and motivation that I needed to help me in my journey. I am so grateful for Neha and her help the last few months. Neha is a brilliant nutritionist. She will look at your current situation and work out a very easily doable food routine. I have seen a 6 kg effortless weight loss in 45 days, eating almost the same but the right things at the right time. Better energy levels, reduced bloating and many other benefits. Would highly recommend giving it a shot, for me this never happened. A better diet is much more effective than the most strenuous workout, and sustainable atleast for me. I had issues like frequent urination, flatulence and excessive sweating that no longer exist. Extremely happy and grateful to see the change after having tried multiple things.
