Firstly the doctor explained the problem with a lot of patience and in a very friendly manner..he was very calm in explaining the reasons behind it and the treatment..on an emotional level, it just felt, soothing. Feels like half of your worries just disappeared.

Yes the doctor is very friendly and always has a smile on his face because of that I feel good vibes. He really tries to understand where you're coming from, he listens to every detail
All the other colleagues are so gentle and funny and if you have stress you speak with them, then definitely you'll get a reality check with a sense of concern and positivity
And yes the re assurance of the treatment will work and your skin will be fine again is just what is keeping me going
