First things first, I came with a lot of pre-conceived notions about my health condition and dieting, for I was struggling to lose all that flab for a couple of years. She busted my myths related to "dieting", and told me that we are not dieting just to lose the weight, we are changing our lifestyle to become healthier and fitter. More than a dietician, Mansi is a friend, who listens patiently, gets super excited when I get closer to my goals, and is ever-so motivating.

I lost about 8kgs of weight in 7 weeks, and gained as much confidence.

I am thoroughly enjoying diet program by Ms Manasi . She didn’t give anything extra ,whatever my food habits are she planned accordingly.She gives 3/4 options in each meal . The diet plan given by her is very interesting. There is not much waiting time . She listens patiently and very positive.I am enjoying the program.

I have attended many program earlier but never enjoyed so much . Dieting used to be pain .
