We always think that any Surgery is a major surgery and in. the heart of heart we are scared abot it. Doctor behavior is excellent, but yesterday at night I was restless, almost sleep less most of the night time, occasional jerk at both legs for one second made difficult for me to sleep, even at night I went wash room to pour water in legs and face, shoulder to get certain comfort

It was an experience by itself to Visit London Dental clinic of Dr Shruti Agrawal. The Clinic was extremely clean and spacious. They had multiple Dental Chairs for Patient. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly as well. The Dental Chair were very comfortable and ergonomically designed for even patient who have back pain. It was so comfortable that one can sleep on it. The Service provided were outstanding. If I compare with other clinic, I had visited this one was far ahead and had latest technology machines too. The Teeth’s were made clean and all the problem of space, black tart, fitting and others were completed in one session only. Dr. Manish Garg was referred to us by Dr. Sushil Kumbhat who was Cardiac doctor for my mother. He suggested that instead of BMV, MVR was a better option taking into account the health and age of my mother. Dr. Manish was very approachable during the whole span of 10 days when my mother underwent MVR. Even after discharge, she is regularly visiting Dr. Manish for monitoring of heart. Our experience with him has been very smooth and he is one of those rare doctors who give positive vibes. Thanks to him... :)

In the entire treatment I had one bad experience. The surgery was conducted on 10th April, 2023 in the evening and then shifted to the ICCU. I was in the ICCU for three days, However, not even a single day the doctor visited me, though I was under the expret supervision of his staff. After a major surgery like CABG, a visit by the doctor on the next day , when the patient is still in trauma, to check the well being of the patient, gives immense confidence and happiness to the patient, which in turn will speedup the recovery. The doctor visited me only after I was shifted to the General Ward, i.e. on the 4th day.

This note should not be treated as a complaint, but only as a humble suggestion that a visit by the doctor and a few words of assurance will help the patient to come out of the difficult period of his life.

It was a great experience. The doctor was very friendly and informative, explained everything as she was treating in simple language. The dental cleaning wa completed in 20 mins and it was painless while basic whitening took 45 mins. Satisfied with the results.
