Pathetic experience. She was munching biscuits and using phone throughout the time. She did not even put the effort to make a safe space for me and instead got grumpy when I couldn’t figure out the cause of my problems (in the first session). Madam, you are supposed to help me analyse the problem and cause and not be impatient. She asked me to think about it while she was using her phone* ****** *********** *** *** ** ******* *** ************* ***** **** *** *** ****** ***** **** **** ** ******* ** ******** ******* ** ******* ** ** *** ********* There was so much of disturbance that I couldn’t even answer the questions she was asking looking in a textbook. She recommended me medications thrice in the first two sessions itself even though I denied it once* ** ***** ********* *********** ** ************. Before I started with the therapy with Dr. Nipa, I had severe anxiety, I would get overwhelmed easily, would get obsessed with things easily and would have a lot of unnecessary thoughts. However, ever since I've started with the therapy, things have gotten much better. I'm not longer anxious all the time, and I'm not as easily overwhelmed. The strategies given by her to cope up with my problems have worked well and helped me overcome issues I've been having difficulties with for a long time.

I liked how open Dr. Nipa was and she listened to what I had to say without jumping on to conclusions.

Have been much confident about myself and feeling better.

Pushed myself to do better.
