Supriti Dixit is a one-of-a-kind nutritionist! She portrays a high level of professionalism and sincerity in every task she undertakes. I had the pleasure of meeting Supriti Dixit this winter when I contacted her for nutrition and weight loss counseling. Throughout my lifetime, I was always struggling with my health issues because of my increased weight, obesity, and anxiety. I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. She understood all my concerns, she was very easy to talk to and very soft-spoken and provided so many helpful tips. With her program, I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. Even in the first 2 weeks I had lost around 2.5 kgs and observed lots of changes in my lifestyle. About her diet program, she provides a variety of options with recipes and those ingredients are easily available in the local market. Her diet programs are very simple to follow. The recipes that she provides are so easy to prepare and very much delicious. I have been working with her diet program for over 2 months and I cannot tell you how her program has changed my life. I was a bit hesitant before starting my weight loss journey as there were many options available and I did not know whom to chose, I went with supriti ma'am by the reviews I had seen on google and the upvotes and I must tell I was definitely not disappointed. Supriti ma'am is a one of a kind.She's a dietician cum friend. I had tried all types of solutions in the past but failed miserably. the first session was very informative and ma'am explained the whole process to the fullest with proper examples and extra tips and gave me the diet plan without giving me any false hopes and goals. The diet plan wasn't very hard to follow, it had some changes in my existing lifestyle and certain modifications so that I did not find it difficult as it was totally personalized to my routine with some necessary basic exercises. The diet plan had plenty of option to choose from so I did not have to forcefully just eat one thing every day. Supriti ma'am focuses on every tiny bit of the schedule and routine and plans accordingly. The diet did not have any fancy food items, it was very easy to make the food items on our own and it wasn't even any type of crash diet, Madam completely dedicates a whole hour for the patient and totally explains the plan. ***** **** *********** *** ** * ****** ** *** ****** she's just a call or text away if you face any problem ar some query related to the plan, she sends you informational videos and tasty recipes. She's keeps track of the progress of every individual patient and understands the patient totally.

I lost close to 7 kgs in a cumulative 2 months time. I am still in the process as I have to achieve my target goal. I can't thank supriti ma'am for her dedication and her thorough help throughout my journey and am excited and motivated for the further journey too!!

And even in this time where everything is shut down due to covid-19, I still had my appointment with ma'am yesterday on the phone and got my new diet plan explained on the phone itself after that she shared the pdf of the plan too for me to follow.

Well it all started 4 months back when I decided to start my weight loss journey...😌😇

I reached out to Dr. Supriti mam through one of my family friends. I am regular sports person, however have issue with morning starting trouble and digestive system.

Long back I had heard that drinking green tea helps in weight loss. Later they said, one has to climb the hill, pluck the green tea leaves, prepare tea from it, drink it and then green tea will lead to weight loss. 😃

This is definitely not the case with Ms. Supriti Dixit M'am's diet plan. Without the exercises too, her diet plan brings about the weight loss. Slowly and steadily though, but surely. Imagine, what results one would get if her diet plan is coupled with regular exercise / fit outs.

That her diet plans are tasty and relishing is world famous and needs no seperate testimony.

What makes her stand apart from the rest is her willingness + ability (this combination is rare in any field) to provide customised diet plans to different sets of people. Supriti Ma’am is really good at what she does. She really tries to understand all your needs and requirements and shares her diet plan accordingly. No question is left unanswered and every doubt is cleared. Her diet plans are very delicious and detailed right from which ingredients to use, the quantity, and also the method of cooking. Her meals come with lots of options and variations which makes it easy to follow without getting bored of the plan. Not only does this help with your goal but it also helps with maintaining self-control. Healthy eating becomes a habit that you don’t wish to break. Personally, I’ve had a wonderful experience with Ma’am. Not only have I started loosing weight in a healthy manner but her plans have also helped with my physical and emotional well-being. Before consulting Dr Supriti, Let me tell you about myself- I had steadily been adding inches to my waistline due to a sedentary lifestyle and other perils of being an IT professional in mid-thirties who could never devote enough time to fitness since almost a decade. I am 5 feet 10 inches and was 94.5 kgs which was almost 15 kgs extra.

Working with Dr. Supriti had been one of my best experiences. I contacted here during the lockdown. So far, all my talks with her have been on the phone. I have never visited her and yet I feel I know her. She is so positive, calm ... a very nice person. I always felt at home while talking to her. I have done diet counselling with other doctors in past also but where Dr Supriti scores over all of them is - she doesn’t just tell you what to do or what to eat. She guides you in everything. If she tells you to eat something specific, she will forward you the recipe and explain how to make it. If she tells you do yoga or some exercise, she will forward all the relevant videos. She keeps sharing antidotes on healthy life on WhatsApp. A lot of people have misunderstanding that healthy food isn’t tasty but I can tell you – every recipe Dr. Supriti shared was delicious. Hi , I am Neil ,age 13 yrs . I was overweight and was unable to loose weight after trying so many things . Then my mom got me introduced to Supriti aunty as they are very good friends . when Supriti Aunty gave me a diet, within 2 months, my weight reduced by 2.5kgs, and some inches too .
