Gupte Hospital, Deccan Gymkhana

I visited Shalaka in Gupte hospital but my experience with her was not favourable. Firstly she recommended me a westernised diet of oats, wheat flakes etc ***** ** *** ******** **** *** ****** **** ************* *** ******* Secondly, she didn’t give me any snack/ food options when asked for to eat at 11 am/4-5pm and couldnot provide logical/scientific reasons for avoiding a particular food like chana, peanuts etc. she just said continue as per convenience. Which clearly shows her rude attitude! She asked to have green tea as a snack option, *** *** *** **** ***** *** ***** ** **** *** ****** she gets worked up and irritated every time we ask her our doubts, I can’t follow anything blindly so I ask questions and she should answer but instead she gets worked up and talks something else! She even said during pregnancy one might feel hungry every hour or two hours so I can’t give anything to eat that time ***** ** * **** ***** ***** ******* *** ***** *** * ******** ***** ** ******* Not at all happy with her approach, diet nor her as I didn’t choose to go to her but since I was a patient at Gupte and she is the only nutritionist there, was told to consult her! But won’t ever recommend her to anyone!! Not happy at all!!

The Gupte hospital is extremely well organised from its reception to pre-consultation, consultation, admission, treatment, post-operation and the support throughout.

They follow a very efficient file system as well as appointment and testing system. The staff is cordial, willing to help and highly dedicated in a very personal way.

The rooms are good and functionally modelled. Doctors inspire confidence in patients. Top class without unnecessary showmanship, despite being very reasonable for costs.

My special thanks to Dr. Sanjay Gupte Sir for guiding us in this journey and making it enjoyable experience. Gupte Sir answered all our queries at all stages and made my wife delivery experience effortless.

Also special thanks to All doctor’s, all front desk person’s ( specially Ms Dipali Gaikwad Madam who had help me a lot),all nurses and housekeeping staff.

We really felt safe coming to hospital even during covid19 situation.

I highly recommend Dr Gupte for pregnancy treatment. We had faced 3 abortions in past which was not treated properly by another Drs. My 4th pregnancy treatment with Gupte sir was taken very carefully. Dr and all staff are very friendly and cooperative, they explains each and every doubts properly.
