“actually why to consult a dietician if internet has everything?” this is a question almost 9out of 10 people ask me. so here is my answer. Internet is an ocean of knowledge. you will 10 people suggesting 10 different things.. but you dont know what is good and what can work for your body. i too followed some diet plans like keto diet and all for some 1 momth or so.. but these are short term plans. you will never get over your cravings your body requirments.. When i consulted Dr. Nafeesa for this, i was curious to ask how fast i can loose. i wanted like 3 kg or so a week. but she assured me that i ll not loose at this rate but i ll loose a conderable rate good for my body. i gave up the diet plan initially due to confusion and wasted a lot of time like 3 4 months after starting the 4 month package.. but she dint gave up on me.. she was ready to start it all again.. i den was consistenly able to follow whatever i could. every week a drop of 1 kg or so.. now i am like 14 kgs down at the end of our package.. totally worth it.. And now i have confidence to take it up long..!!
