I went to meet Dr. Sreystha Beppari with my daughter who was having lots of issues like depression, anxiety, fear, anger, panic attack, alcohol abuse etc. But after the Dr. spent more than an hour with us , we found out together that I was the one in need of help !!! My years of ignored fears, trying to be superwoman, being responsible for the peace in the family, not being able to say NO when it would be obviously not favourable. I was trying to please everyone.

In short I was living a life like a lot of us out there. But when you spend nearly 45 years of your 63 years living like this, it is bound to make you an angry, anxious, controlling, irritable and most important unhappy person. I feel sorry for myself for who I became and only by the grace of God did I take my daughter to Apollo to meet Dr. Sreystha , who is such a wonderful person, compassionate as well as professionally capable, to help people who are suffering, to turn around life and live it the way it's ment to be lived.

I gone there because I was feeling very anxious at that time so she was the one nearby and friend told me about her so at that day . I am OCD patient and I take my medicines daily so she said not to take it because you have no issues but I know I am an over thinker person so she said that’s the problem you think . You’re addicted to the medicine . I also said her my ocd treatment is going on since 6 years so she she said that why you go there and why you take medicine. For me it’s very impossible to do the thing not to take medicine I have this problem through genetics and I had already accepted the thing but i was got very anxious so at that time i visited . I am a 26y male, weighted 80.5kg.

Some time back, I contacted Dietician Rizwana for diet counselling.

She helped me with proper diet plans, not difficult to follow, explaining things which are good and bad for the body, not just with the diet, tips about exercising as well.

What I really liked is, I have enough options for my meals to choose from, so it doesn't look boring.

And with the proper portion, Now I can eat almost everything, and avoid outside food cravings.

She listens to the questions carefully, and explain thigns in detail.

Also, I booked the virtual consultation, communicated with her on the phone call only, still the communication is very smooth, and I didn't feel any gap here.

I can see immense improvements in my body, Results so far (Its been 20 days) -

I have lost 6kg, now I am 74.5kg

Measurements around waist/thighs are showing improvemens by 1 inch

Energy levels are mostly high through out the day, I dont feel hungry at all. Its the other way round, that I am mostly full.

I can feel light-weight in my body

With the exercise too, bit of muscles are also visible now
