I am a 26y male, weighted 80.5kg.

Some time back, I contacted Dietician Rizwana for diet counselling.

She helped me with proper diet plans, not difficult to follow, explaining things which are good and bad for the body, not just with the diet, tips about exercising as well.

What I really liked is, I have enough options for my meals to choose from, so it doesn't look boring.

And with the proper portion, Now I can eat almost everything, and avoid outside food cravings.

She listens to the questions carefully, and explain thigns in detail.

I can see immense improvements in my body, Results so far (Its been 20 days) -

I went to meet Dr. Sreystha Beppari with my daughter who was having lots of issues like depression, anxiety, fear, anger, panic attack, alcohol abuse etc. But after the Dr. spent more than an hour with us , we found out together that I was the one in need of help !!! My years of ignored fears, trying to be superwoman, being responsible for the peace in the family, not being able to say NO when it would be obviously not favourable. I was trying to please everyone.

In short I was living a life like a lot of us out there. But when you spend nearly 45 years of your 63 years living like this, it is bound to make you an angry, anxious, controlling, irritable and most important unhappy person. I am a 46 yrs old male, weighted 88.80kg. I have fatty lever(Grade 1) and Cholesterol.
