Excellent doctor for people with comorbidities. She takes care of her clients' needs and curates a different diet plan every 1 weeks. With her by my side, being on a diet is fun! I have started my weight loss journey a month back. Being quite lazy and over engaged in house chores, job I usually found weight loss might be a difficult task for me until I met Prachi Rege mam. In just one month I have reduced around 4-4.5 kg and still counting. Her diet plan is very tasty and easy to cook. No fancy things at all, just a homemade food. I found out about Prachi through Google and Practo reviews. I wanted to consult her for weightloss and also I had many health issues one of which is thyroid.
When I consulted her she understood my eating habits, lifestyle and my goal and she created diet plan which didn't involve any fancy fad diet instead the diet was simple Indian homemade food.
Myself being a big foodie and have habit of over eating when I saw the diet I wasn't sure if I will be able to follow it. But Prachi's diet plan is such that you will not be starving anytime throughout the day and it is not very difficult to follow. Along with diet she advised me to do simple exercises, walking and yoga.
When I consulted Prachi my TSH levels were 7.51 and after 2 months when I checked th TSH had decreased drastically to 4.4 along with this I also lost about 6.5 kgs in 2 months.
Her diets are sustainable throughout life and if you start being disciplined then definitely will be able to see great results.
I am happy that I consulted her because now I feel my body is healing internally with clean food and exercise. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking to loose weight or if you want to improve your health.

Dr Prachi diet plan will keep your stomach full with well balanced, nutrition and home made food. Exercise is must in her plan as she focus on creating a healthy lifestyle which is sustainable for long. Her approach is systematic and simple to follow.

I got to know about Dt Prachi through google search. When I contacted her, she said the guidance and mentoring for weight loss/management process will be provided through telephonic conversations so I was not sure about the outcome but later I realized she is super confident about her methods and procedures. Moreover she would make you comfortable and understand your medical history and design the diet plan according to your body needs and health condition. Her diet plans and recipes are easy to make and includes variety of vegetables, cereals and fruits. All the material required for recipe is easily available in the market and not so expensive.
Throughout the diet plan, she will be available to answer any questions/queries. She will instill the belief that “You/We can achieve the weight loss with little discipline” and provide her constant support.
Her suggested diet plans are inclusive of varieties of vegetables, cereals, grains and fruits the intake for necessary supplement of different vitamins, protein etc is taken care of. She insists on attaching an exercise routine along with the diet plans which perfectly makes sense because with just diet, the desire result cannot be achieved. I would highly recommend her for weight loss/management guidance.

My sister referred Prachi Mam as she got the results after following the diet plan provided. I reached out to Prachi Mam and discussed my current food habits and my day-to-day routine before starting my journey toward a healthy lifestyle to lose weight. Based on our discussion Mam suggested a plan. I was having some health issues and also had acne. I started following a diet plan along with exercise I lost ~ 4kg within a month. While following the diet I didn't feel at all that I couldn't follow even though I didn't quit my tea.

Very glad to share my weight loss journey. Well it all started with poor eating habits, I felt I put on some extra pounds and I started feeling tired very often. I decided to do a simple blood check, and I was surprised that I am in a pre-Diabetic stage and having high cholesterol, fatty lever & blood pressure just at the age of 35 with 90Kgs.
