Mindful Being, Narayan Peth

I have been having my sessions with Vipul since March 2022 on a weekly basis. It's been a great journey healing with his assistance. I started driving car after almost 20yrs now. The sessions have not only changed a lot in me but also have helped me enrich my marital relationship and my bond with my daughters. He seems like a friend to me ,listening patiently to all the stuff I speak out and is not the one who sits with pen ,paper and some sheets to give me some gyan at the end of the session😂. Thank you Vipul for being the psychologist I was searching for the one with whom I could share the connect.

I had injured my spine and had to make some changes in my living style. It was really a challenge for me. At the same time I have to live with intermittent pain and wanted someone to guide me in this tough time. This is when I found Mr Vipul Shaha. After having few sessions with him, he guided and taught me to keep my pain in backyard and live the life. His techniques has really worked for me. Thanks for giving me my life back.

He is very patient and listens to you carefully and gives solutions based on your thought process rather than forcing something irrelevant on you.

Vipul is very good at identifying the cause of friction in one's mind and making sure of smoothing it. His approach heavily relies on the the will of the individual, and is very empowering.

I connected with Vipul a few months back as I was extremely restless due to multiple things. To name a few -indecisiveness, next-level anger outbursts, distrust, and self-limiting beliefs. His empathetic and non-judgemental approach eased me to open up and reach out to the root of every thought. His understanding of people is incredible. In my case, he didn't directly give the answers but directed me towards them and let me unfold. The best thing he made me realize through the discussions was - the only person you need to, can and should work on is yourself. At a core level, it was no less than self-discovery. His mindful practices taught me to strike a balance between honoring every experience, thought, learning from it and looking forward. He is very professional but has immense warmth to his nature.

In a nutshell, have I overcome all the problems or will never face any new ones? - of course not (though I wish so :-). But am I confused or scared/tensed because of it - definitely no. Faith is restored and the credit goes to Vipul. The way he has empowered me with the toolbox to find solutions and maintain the goal of overall wellbeing is unmatched.
