Consulted Dr. Shital Ramesh Joglekar (Dentist)
Note: This doctor is no longer practicing at
I do not recommend the doctor
After taking the impression of the tooth I was told by the clinic's representative that it would take about five days for the cap to arrive at the clinic. I was to be advised on phone about my next appointment to fit the cap once it arrives. I did not receive a call until 5th April 2016- 12th day after taking the impression of the tooth and I called the clinic instead. After I called I was told that the cap had arrived and he (the receptionist) was about to call us. This had happened on the previous occasion too.
After my experience and much deliberation I have the following suggestions to make.
1. The dentist should tell the patient about the procedure to make him/her aware of the possible unforeseen occurrences during and after the procedure.
2. There should be no distractions to the doctor during the procedure. The doctor should carry out his job with undivided attention.
3. The doctor should talk to the patient in a cool, comforting and reassuring tone and tell him about whatever work is being done.
