My elder brother's both hip replacement operation was done in this hospital in January 2021. Now he is perfectly fine and he can walk without walker. Operation was done very nicely. Very professional and great doctor.

I was seriously worried about numbness in my hands. I thought it was something scary. After my physiotherapy sessions with Dr Nande, my neck pain n back stiffening, numbness in hands just disappeared. It was only 5 sessions I had with her. She has some very impressive exercises to treat body pains. Trust me the exercises she gives are really good. Now I am taking sessions from her for my knee pain and it’s really improving. She explains the underlying causes of these pains in simple and comprehensive manner.

Earlier i had four sessions with another physiotherapist ( I won’t mention his name here), after those sessions my neck pain had increased because he used outdated traction method to stretch my neck. Ugh! It’s a big no no.

Dr Nande used some ultrasound and electrical muscle stimulation after which the pain subsided substantially and slowly disappeared.

She really has very good exercises to strengthen the muscles and relieve the pain.

A very good thing about her is that she is a very friendly doctor. Thanks doc.

I know Dr. Pooja for the last 6 years now. I had a relapse of slip disc problem in 2012 where in I had stooped due to the nerve press and left leg pain. If it hadn't been Dr. Pooja and her therapy then I wouldn't have stood straight on my feet in such short duration. She is a blessing! When all doctors suggested surgery, she was the only one who encouraged for strengthening of spine through exercises and the therapy she offers. She is our family physiotherapist and helps me, my mother in law and husband to recover whenever we are in a need of physiotherapy. Kudos to u Dr. Pooja.

I have undergone patellectomy 3 months back and started physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Pooja from last month. She checked all my reports, discharge summary, analysed and understood my problem. She is really helpful and makes you feel comfortable which helps patient to get speedy recovery. Her treatment for knee bending and quadriceps strengthening is helping me a lot to get recover fast.

Dr Pooja is a very friendly person . I had went for my neck pain.

Disc dessication was detected in MRi scan for my cervical . Some bulges compressing my right side nerves, as a result severe pain in hands!. I tried 1 month of Medicines and steroids prescribed by high profile doctors. No results. Pain didn't reduce. Only solution they provided later was a surgery.!!

Pooja came as an angel here. She asked 20 days of mine for her treatment. She started with IFT and exercises . She promised to heal me without surgery. She fulfilled her promise. I am back to normal now . I am happy she saved me from the painful surgey :)

Not only as a doctor, she is good as person . She will listen to the problem patiently, suggest improvements on diet too. Overall a doctor who became a friend now.

I have a condition with my back called Degenerative Disc Disease. I first came to Dr Pooja when I was in immense pain within about 7 sessions I was almost pain free and had started back strengthening.

With my condition I need therapy constantly and Dr Pooja is my go to.

She is compassionate and listens and answeres all the questions one might have.

Not only that, she is an amazing person to be around when you're low. She's motivated me on more than one occasions when I got upset due to the pain.
