Due to Covid19 doctor was not available in her clinic, but she was always available on practo. And whenever I have approached her, she helped me. Very friendly and very cooperative. Being a senior citizen I have troubled her a lot with my questions, but she always helped me and always very friendly. *** ********* *** **** ******** *** I trust her completely.

i booked an appointment from practo for the visit. last week i had booked the same but it got cancelled by the clinic. half an hour before I called up the clinic and confirmed the appointment as well as time. i arrived 10 mins early and i was told that i will be taken care of in the next half hr.40 minutes later i was told after pestering that i was still 6th in the queue.at this point i decided to just leave. really unprofessional and exhausting experience. i will never visit again.

Doctor heard about my sympotms and then suggested the possible causes of my pain. She checked my eyes and then gave her opinion. I would recommend her.

Sorry but i need to mention Dr. not giving sufficient time or looks like always in hurry while explaining and checking the problem. also the instructions given in seconds.
