Due to Covid19 doctor was not available in her clinic, but she was always available on practo. And whenever I have approached her, she helped me. Very friendly and very cooperative. i booked an appointment from practo for the visit. last week i had booked the same but it got cancelled by the clinic. half an hour before I called up the clinic and confirmed the appointment as well as time. i arrived 10 mins early and i was told that i will be taken care of in the next half hr.40 minutes later i was told after pestering that i was still 6th in the queue.at this point i decided to just leave. really unprofessional and exhausting experience. i will never visit again.
