Renuka is an excellent therapist. I have been going to her for talk therapy for almost 8 months now and she has been a fantastic guide helping me manage emotions and everyday issues. I am able to recognise my emotions and thoughts and not become consumed by them. I feel so much lighter. I am able to love myself and focus on my goals after I’ve been working on myself with her guidance. Her approach is friendly and very grounded. She helped me simplify my life and not get lost in my thoughts.
