My name is Shiny Shrivastava and I am a qualified, experienced, Mumbai based counsellor with a humanistic, integrative approach. I am working in my private practice with office in Vikhroli (East), Mumbai. I also serve as an on-call Consultant Psychologist in Bhatia Hospital, Tardeo. In addition to in person therapy, I also offer online therapy.As a counsellor I see my role as a facilitator supporting my client’s well being by developing and maintaining a respectful and honest relationship while being sensitive to their uniqueness and diverse background.Maintaining confidentiality while providing empathic listening, genuineness, compassion with a non judgmental approach are the values that form the basis of my practice. The issues that I work with include but are not limited to – stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, sleep issues, body image issues, suicidal ideation, trauma, relationship issues, LGBTQI specific concerns.
