Words cannot express how grateful I am to you for your kind and compassionate care durin that time of my life when life for me seemed to be a punishment. You made me have a different perspective for my life and love myself for whatever I am. I feel strong, confident, calm and secured. I did certain things which I never thought I could ever do and it is al because of you.

I was suffering from many problems in my life, so after facing many mental breakdown , thought of communicating with Pschychologist n specially the best renuka mam

In first session I was just unfold my complete story.

From 2nd session onwards some of my belives burst and the best thing is homework started and mam is very particular about homework

Mam listen to his patients patiently and some of answers were mesmerizing

I started to feel confidence, smile reverted back on my face, started to love my life , anxiety and panic attacks were deceased

Now I feel anything is possible in life just u need to put some efforts n action in right direction

Basically I had visited Renuka Ma'am for my personal development as I was not confident enough to stand out in public but she helped me a lot by giving me various exercises which helped me gain confidence and helped me to gain my confidence. Her friendliness aslo made me super easy to communicate with her and I was able to share my issues and other things with her. She also made me understand that self love should be a thing in your life and i completely felt that. In short I enjoyed my time and learned a lot from her and I am thankful to her for guiding me all the way. Thank you so much ma'am :).
