2. I’ve ditched my cycle of reward/punish/binge/cringe and my weight is creeping down

I think the most helpful to me was a positive shift in my perspective…I didn’t realize how strong my “diet mentality” was, and all the rules I had in my head about food. It had become so confusing to me, never knowing what to eat and then the negative feelings that eating “the wrong” foods created, I was in a cycle of reward/punish/binge/cringe. Seemaa helped me get some clarity into some of my behavior around food, and the feelings evoked by those behaviors. So today I have a healthier relationship with chocolate, and the voices in my head that told me to always “eat the chocolate” seem to be gone, or at least suppressed.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Seemaa. I booked with your busines very reluctantly, on the repeated advice of my doctor, to get my slowly rising/fluctuating cholesterol levels in check. I thought I knew everything about food, and my behaviour with food, but I was definitely re-schooled by Seemaa. My weight is creeping down, I feel good about my diet, exercise, body image and lifestyle, and time will tell if my cholesterol levels are responding in a good way.

Visited Seemaa for my sister's weight loss treatment, there came to know about elderly diet/post menopause diet for women so just thought of getting a diet plan for my Mother. From last many months my Mother is suffering from high BP, slight weight gain, high cholesterol, border line sugar, chronic fatigue, sleeping disorders etc. After consulting she prescribed a temporary diet for a week and asked to get some test’s done [ diabetes, thyroid, RA, Uric acid etc.] after these tests we visited Doctor as advised by Seemaa and during the consultation we came to know that my Mother was also having ailments like RA [Rheumatoid Arthritis], gout, muscle loss etc. So now to counter these new ailments along with the old one, Seemaa changed my Mothers diet & designed a recipe of herbs etc. The diet is full of homemade and healthy foods what we have in our daily life and there is no need for starvation for weight loss. From the last 1 month my Mother is feeling slightly better but there is a long way to go. We hope with Nutritionist Seemaa’s diet plan along with yoga and some lifestyle changes my Mother’s overall health will recover soon. Thanks to Seemaa J Poddar

I really want to thanks seema ji for her help. I have lost around 10 kgs so far, over five months period. I have also lost over 3-4 inches from my waist. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful I feel since these changes. I've tried many other diets but none of them worked. I would love to thank you in person but realize how many others you have had that have expressed similar request after they have succeeded on your diets. I really feel like I'm on my right way now and will soon achieve my targets.
