I am the owner and operator of my consulting wellness company, Hilcy Wellness .Psychology (hons)Degree for me was the start of a journey of enlightenment self awareness mindfulness and self discovery. My interest pushed me on upgrading my skills from post graduate diploma in psychological counselling ,to neuro linguistic programming, cognitive behaviour therapy , psychological first aid from John’s Hopkins amongst other online courses through prestigious universities - in addition to attaining the Postgraduate MBA degree from IITC Mumbai and banking work experience from Deutsche bank enabling me to offer pro bono counselling with NGOs.My skills and expertise in diagnosing, handling, counseling, and providing support to people who are going through emotional, intra-and inter-personal, and psychological challenges by creating and implementing patient treatment plans Dedication for work and passion to succeed in empowering people attain success in mindfulness and self awareness is the goal . ⭐️ -My focus is empowering others to 'Unlock Their Personal Best and Live it'!
