Dr Sanjay Pandey might be a good urologist but he and his staff at Kokilaben are quite apathetic towards their patients. We went to him three times and they kept us waiting for more than three hours each time saying that the doctor was in OT and his expected time of arrival couldn’t be confirmed. They were not only rude but also had no value for patient’s time and inconvenience. I’m sure the doctor is well aware of this fact and the least he can do is as his staff not to book appointment for consultation if he has a surgery to perform on the same day at the same time ****** ** *** **** ******** * ******. But then it’s Kokilaben, how could they not take an appointment as Patient’s inconvenience is the last think that comes to their mind.
