Visited the Hospital to consult regarding alternate options for Cholecystectomy, Dr. Maydeo saw the patient for hardly 5 mins and suggested colonoscopy and ultrasonography. In radiology section Dr. Gaithunde suggested CT Scan. Sonography report show grain sized calculi in Gall bladder whereas CT Scan shows no calculi in the Gall Bladder but a 5mm calculus near Kidney. Now we are asked to consult a Urologist Dr. Pradeep Rao for Kidney stone, who doesnt even see the patient (he was busy using his phone in front of us), let alone talk about the issue. His sub ordinates ask us to get RIRS done for a 5 mm stone along with the planned Cholecystectomy.

My dad had visited for prostrate problem. My observation is he recommends lots of test without reason. A renowned experienced doctor should be able to explain the issue in a single glance of the report. He recommended MRI after seeing the PSA report and after seeing the same report for second time he had recommended biopsy.
Had visited twice in this month; all the time the Dr is involved with his mobile, unfriendly attitude, hardly speaks, only keeps recommending expensive test, finishes talking in 2 mins, never would recommend this Dr to anyone. *** ********** **** ** **** **** ******* ** **** **** ** **** *** ** *** ****** **** ****** Insulting attitude. Please do not visit.
The doctor was playing games on his mobile phone while my father and me were waiting for him to consult us and identify the problem. Later he simply prescribed medicines and tests worth Rs 10 to 15 thousand without proper analysis and asked to come back with reports. Very much disappointed.
