I was on a short trip to India alone and I suddenly fell quite sick with fever, body ache, and was unable to get up from my Hotel bed. I took a video consultation with Dr. Vigi. She was very attentive and carefully listened to me, asking clarifying questions where necessary. She then provided detailed guidance and reassurance. She subsequently also answered questions and provided additional inputs via chat. She used to give me almost half an hour of her time on call, explaining me everything and also taking an extra effort to help me manage anxiety. Her treatment worked like a charm. ** *********** ***** *********** minimal medicines given. My 105 fever was completely cured. Her suggestions to increase platelet count for dengue worked as well. Really really happy with the doctor and her treatment.

I did a video consultation for fever and body pain which later turned out to be C ovid. Dr. Viji was extremely supportive and checked up at regular intervals using the chat option at Practo to see if other symptoms are surfacing and recommended medication accordingly. She explained the entire sickness lifecycle and what to expect in the coming days and the do's and don'ts to recover quickly.I was in a remote town and without her support situation could have escalated quickly. Dr. Viji Balakrishnan is very professional and guided me in treating my father in law in a timely manner. She is just golden. She patiently explained to me how the medications will work and what is needed to be done. I consulted her via Practo chat but am unable to anymore. I would like to contact her again to continue the consultation but I don’t know how to do so.
