I recently got my kidney stone operated in his Veda Hospital, i have to say the doctor and staff including right from reception to sister to maushi, all are very cooperative and helpful and no arrogance or attitude. My each experience of gng to Hospital be it for consulting or surgery was always good. And the best part is the cost is so affordable and no unnecessary tests and requirements. Also there is a specific person who helps in preparing the document for submission to mediclaim reimbursement. And yesterday doctor himself filled the claim form and ensured i get all documents for reimbursement before i leave. Very impressive and appreciate his efforts. I will recommend the doctor and hospital to all who need and i hope all our hospital and doctors visit should be such simple and effortless. Veda Hospital is also clean and comfortable stay.

Respect Dr. Sheetal's medical knowledge. But.. we found that she gets offended very easily and will refuse you further consultation. Her staff was forcing us to fill up a form without any information and we had to probe them on what we were filling up. The name, middle name and surname of my wife were spelled completely wrong on one of the printed pre-filled forms. Upon one of the queries associated with signature and thumb print, which the staff was unable to answer, we raised the matter to dr Sheetal upon which she mentioned to find another doctor with comments like she cant spend so much time on one patient. I was surprised on this as all the doctors in my life have helped us understand the compliance related documentation. Any attempt from our side to settle the debate ended up in only one statement suggesting us to find another doctor. Doctor's usually are keen to support the patient but we felt more like she had made up her mind to get rid of us as she wasn't keen on discussing with us. I will be glad to see a response from her here as she gets time to respond to such reviews, but ironically does not have time to resolve issues in person.
