So I was very anxious before visiting a dentist as this was the second time I was going to one in my entire life. Finally decided to visit Dr Pooja after a friend's recommendation. Starting with the way she spoke on the call ( very friendly) to accomodating me amidst all her appointments because I was in pain. She even made me completely stress free about the covid situation as she ensured that the clinic is not cramped up. She guided me to the clinic very patiently even though it's pretty easy to locate. Then comes the real part. She put me at complete ease explained me the situation so well and made me aware of why it's important to do certain things right in a root canal treatment. She convinced me to start with the procedure because the situation was bad and immediate attention needs to be given. First she put me at complete ease and ensured that nothing will go further if I am uncomfortable or in pain. Then she started with the real magic. She patiently did the procedure ensuring at no given point I was in pain, if I was then she immediately stopped and made sure I am not. I cannot believe I am saying this but I cannot wait to go back to her and complete my treatment. She was like a family member and looked after me just like my elder sister. She is a very warm and honest medical practitioner. I can only say that I have gained my dentist for life and I am at complete ease if at all I need any attention for my oral hygiene. Thank you Dr Pooja for converting a complete anti dental person to someone who wants to ensure that regular visits will be done. Thank you for everything. Thank you for making this procedure completely painless and easy.

Anyone reading this, don't even think once before visiting Dr Pooja because she is indeed the best dentist in town

First of all Pooja is not just a dentist a friendly guide. My wife Afshan had undertaken treatment with Pooja few years back and she was mightily impressed.

We stay abroad Afshan has undergone dental examination with dentists in Ireland and Uk.

Few traits that make our visit to Dr. Pooja satisfying-

1) Effective time management for instance she’s getting Afshan’s crown fixing in less than couple of days whilst dentists elsewhere said weeks time will be a dream.

2) Friendly environment the dental clinic is spic and shine gives a corporate feel than a hospital feel

3) Explains the root cause, issue in a simplistic tone

4) Always wear gear with a smile

5) Very professional and ensures well being for instance checks whether the long sitting made Afshan fatigue.

Lastly Dr. Pooja Desai believes in giving her best and always open to seek feedback to improve.

Last month I gave good reviews to Dr. Pooja Desai just after my 2nd visit which now I think I should not have... though her service is good please discuss the cost of treatment very clearly with her before you start the treatment I was misguided n charged exorbitant I was not told what all was included n what not before starting the treatment . Inspite of not creating a scene there n clearing the full payment on time I was told m rude n accusing them. I told them that they shouldve told me before on that they said they did .They offered me the money back but I didnt take as I dont take favours. I would suggest ask them about the full cost of the treatment in advance take it in writing so that they dont ask you money which they don't tell you before.

First of all hats off to Dr. Pooja for operating during the tricky Covid times as my none of my usual doctors were operating. She did so by following complete safety protocols and ensured a safe environment. I visited her for a wisdom tooth issue and had to get it extracted. She is meticulous with her approach by explaining everything to me and ensuring the right treatment approach was followed. My surgery went off pretty smoothly and I am happy with the results. I would highly recommend her for any dental challenges you may face!
