I visited doctor for general eye check-up since was experiencing heaviness and pain in my eyes from few weeks. I am working from home since last year due to ongoing pandemic situation and is in front of laptop for almost 10 hrs. a day. Dr. Deshmukh explained the issue patiently and mentioned that it is very common problem these days, he also assured me not to be worried. Even my eye number and other things were fine, he just prescribed few drops to get rid of my problem. I am really happy with his diagnosis and would definitely recommend him for any kind of eye issues.

I used practo for video consultation for 1st time and was unaware that i had to download pract app to do video call. I did audio call to doctor and requested to wait but he was in a hurry and directly asked the issue and prescribed medicines. Doctor did not seem friendly and was in a hurry. I replied to his chat post the appointment but did not hear anything from him. Overall experience was not good.
