I had a positive experience with Riddhi. She’s empathetic, * ***** ********* and makes you feel comfortable from the start. I appreciate how she explains the reasoning behind the therapy methods or tools she suggests.

What stood out to me is that her aim is to help you build the ability to manage things on your own. She’s not someone who insists on weekly sessions just for the sake of it. If you’re doing well, she’s open to reducing the frequency, which I found refreshing. She’s approachable, insightful, and easy to talk to. I have been consulting Riddhi for almost a year now, my major reason was to get out of the trauma that my past relationship had on me. The relationship shaped me into a different person (in an unhealthy way) and I was unhappy with whom I had become.

Almost my whole family goes to her but none of us knows what happens in the other persons session, she is very professional and does not share anyone’s information with me.
