Rachana Physiotherapy Clinic

I visited Dr.Rachana Rai as I had a bad knee pain. This was my 2nd session of 5 days post my 1st session. I continue to do the exercises and am recovering. Dr Rachana is a very caring, loving person and helpful in understanding the patient’s medical history. She gives exercises basis their comfort and issue. She is very approachable too and helps in case you need more attention in getting the exercises correct or any alternative exercise too. She also gives print outs of the steps of each exercise which are super easy to follow. Will definitely recommend her and go back to her incase I need to in the future. Also since I went during COVID times, I was happy that the hygiene levels was par excellence. Ambience wise too, it’s pleasant, spacious and has all the equipments that are needed.

I was suffering from repeated swelling in left knee after playing tennis. MRI was normal and one of the doctor suggested operation for which I was reluctant for obvious reasons. Then met a sports ortho who suggested physiotheraphy would cure my swelling issues. Through Practo I chose this clinic as it was close to my residence. Till that time I didnt what kind of experience I am going to get. My appointment was booked with Dr. Eeenal Jain and she is a magician I would say. She enquired everything about my case history and showed me exercises and from 2nd sitting onwards I was feeling way better then what I was feeling 3 months earlier bearing the pain and swelling. Now am done with 4 sittings and my knees and legs are much stronger and will be ready to play tennis in couple of weeks. I would strongly recommend Dr. Eeenal foe treatments. Of course there would be discrepancies from patient to patient but for me she is truly a saviour a sweet person who can half cure you with her talks only. I wish Eeenal all the very best and pray she becomes one of the finest physiotherapists as she moves ahead.

She is a young and smart doctor who customises her therapy and exercises best fit for you. One of her best qualities is that she listens to your issues and concerns very carefully and patiently and responds adequately. I had consulted Dr. Saniya for back and neck pain I was having due to increased work load. Thanks to her I have not only recovered from the pain but her prescribed daily exercises have helped to prevent reoccurrence of the issue. Her approach to patients long term sustainable health benefit rather than short term fixes can be applauded.

I was suffering from Synovial effusion and had a painful and swollen knee for more than 3 weeks. I was treated by Dr. Saniya Shaikh and my pain and swelling reduced considerably. Dr. Saniya's knowledge about PT and quick diagnosis skills really helped me. She knows what she is doing and that really helps to solve the problem at a pace and is a sign of a good doctor.
