I had been to 2 different Phsyotherapist before, for my back problem but never had i received a instant relief from the exercises recommended by them. Dr Anitha had suggested a list of exercise which i am following from past 3 days and the relief that i have received cannot be mentioned in any words.

Will strongly recommend this doctor to anybody who has regular back and body ache.
