Doctor was very friendly. She heard us patiently and spent lot of time explaining the issue and how to manage it. She has given lot of practical solutions for day to day problem of kids. More than medication, she suggests healthy food and habits. Earlier we were visiting couple of other pediatricians, but now we might visit this Dr regularly.

I booked an online appointment for my baby. While booking, it showed that Dr Pallavi is available. As i reached the clinic with my 20 months old, sick baby, i was told that Dr Pallavi is unavailable due to weekend (sunday). Only the assistant doctor was available. The either staff were very unfriendly, did not have any helping nature.
Next time kindly provide accurate information about the availability of the doctors without creating inconvenience to the parents and kids.
