Very good experience overall. Dr. Siddharth Varma is patient, ************** and explains the condition and treatment plan clearly, which gives a lot of confidence. His approach is practical and reassuring.

The clinic staff and assistant are also very courteous, helpful, and well-organized. The entire consultation process was smooth and professional.

One small area of improvement would be the sitting/waiting arrangement for patients. Since most patients visiting are orthopedic patients who may find it difficult to stand for long, the current seating space is insufficient and patients often have to wait outside. Even a temporary seating arrangement outside the clinic would make the experience much more comfortable.

Overall, a very good doctor and a well-managed clinic. Highly recommended

I was around 17 years old when I started therapy ( I am currently 18 now ) and I was initially very scared to go to therapy in the first place since I haven't grown up in a place where talking about mental health is the norm, it took me years to come to terms with the fact I need help. So, I reached out to Monica Ma'am and she made me realize the importance of therapy in our first session. She convinced my mom too and how important mental health is. Throughout all our sessions, I have made a lot of progress because of her. Opening up to a stranger was terrifying but it was 100% worth it. As someone who has also struggled with being expressive, In therapy, she has taught me to how to feel which happened after giving myself the permission to feel that allowed me to be expressive. she has taught me how it's okay to not have everything figured out and we're all just in the process of that. I learned how to be confident in myself and about self love too, there are so many things I have learned from her which I doubt I can put it into a few sentences. She's a really approachable person, someone I felt comfortable opening up to. She's a great listener and makes sure that anyone who goes to her, leaves there with their problems solved. She handles each situation according to the situation itself which makes her an excellent practitioner. I would 10/10 recommend her.A really nice and sweet person who will showcase genuine concern for you. Even online, the experience was better than expected!
