Dr Adita Agarwal is an outstanding professional. She reassured me that the meds won’t have side effects and would instead help me.

She is very easily approachable on WhatsApp and answers all questions/concerns that you may have.

I was diagnosed with OCD of thoughts that started impacting my day to day activities. I couldn’t sleep till 6:00 am in the morning. Dr Adita helped me every step of the way and I feel much better now. My OCD has almost vanished and my sleep cycle has drastically improved.

It’s very difficult to seek help at first but the first time I did reach out Dr. Adita asked me a simple question that has changed my idea of self care. She asked, when you get a cold or fall sick don’t you go to the doctor? Well, it’s the same for mental health.

I won’t say you will definitely meet the right doctor for you the very first time but it did work out for me and I hope this helps make the start to mental health care slightly easier for you.

Just a side note- she’s the only one who managed to convince me to start yoga. Cool doctor.

she rightly knows the importance of patiently listening to patients problems! that's the only thing we tend to seek in while fighting depression. I would highly recommend her, she is available at almost all episodes of difficulties even after you contact her after a thorough gap !

Doctor is very kind, polite and an excellent doctor. Quickly dioganise the problem. My treatment with her was going for a long time, and her treatment was excellent and very very satisfied with her treatment. I am 70 to 80 percent cured now. I would recommend the doctor to any one.
