I had booked my appointment for 5:30 pm yesterday, later they shifted to 6 pm & told me that Doctor will be there …. As 5:30pm there was some other appointment.

I reached there sharp @ 6pm . The doctor wasn’t there .I enquired then how will she take me when already a patient is in waiting . The receptionist said that the earlier patient was there just for ongoing treatment, but the doctor will take ur consultation first . The doctor came @ 6:05 pm …. But as she came she shouted & behaved very rudely ….. saying that I will first take the prior patient & then later consultation. That’s my final word ….

Firstly u come late for your appointments, u make the patients wait even when they come as per your timings.

And on top of it u shout & behave rudely …..

I never expected this from a Doctor …. Why are u being so arrogant . Doctors need to be people friendly. Ur opposite to it .

I didn’t take her consultation, as I felt very offended. ** * ***** **** **** **** ** ****** *** ** **************. Personally I will never go to her or recommend her to anyone.

Extremely Disappointed with the Treatment and Experience *** *** * ******** ********** **** ** ******** ************ ********* ** **** ******* and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking professional and transparent dermatological care.

I initially visited for pigmentation concerns and was recommended a combination of peels, laser treatments, topical creams, and oral pills. I agreed to proceed based on the doctor’s advice. However, during my very first peeling session—done in the doctor’s absence*** **** *** ****** ****** ******** *** ***** ****** ********** *** ********* ******* ** *** **** * *** ***** ** ***** ******** ** **** ** * **** ** ******** *** the doctor later attributed it to my “sensitive skin,” deciding to continue with only laser sessions instead.

I prepaid for a 5+1 laser session package based on her reassurance that the pricing would remain the same, even though I wasn’t going ahead with the peels. Later, they informed me that the price would actually be more********** * *** ** ******* ***** **** ******** ** *** * ******************

During my last session, I informed them that I’d be moving cities and asked for documentation and photos of my treatment for future reference. * *** ******* ** **** **** **** ******** ***** ****** **** ** *** ***** **** ******* ********* ******* ** * ****** **** ********** I was also told to return in three weeks for another session—despite the lack of results and growing concerns—meaning more cost and commitment with no improvement.

It’s incredibly disheartening to go through 6 months of pain, expense, and emotional distress without any results. The doctor personally handled only one out of six sessions, ******* ********* ********* ***** *** ******* **** ********* ***** *** * ******** **** ** ************** *** ************ ********** *** ********

I would highly recommend Dr Pallavi. I started medication with Dr Pallavi in November after visiting multiple doctors to fix my acne. In over a month I saw a positive result. Two months after my 1st visit in November, the acne has completely gone away. Dr Pallavi is brilliant with her work.

Dr pallavi is truly an amazing doctor. She listen’s each and every problem of your’s … i have visited for the peeling treatment… and i’am very much satisfied by the results.. thanks to Dr pallavi… highly recommended… for those you have skin realted issues.
