We started seeing Dr. Karuna Goyal after the first trimester for our second pregnancy when our double marker test report was not as per the expectation. Our that time gynecologist was not so kind or keen in explaining the issues related to the report which made my wife very uncomfortable.

Being an educated woman herself, she has a habit to research everything on the internet followed by thinking of all possible scenarios.

At that time, we required a good doctor who is also a good counsellor. Based on the recommendation from a close friend, we decided to meet Dr. Karuna Goyal who fulfilled our both requirements along with being a great human being. She patiently explained to us regarding our current problem and gave us all the required answers which we were unable to get previously. She gave us personal attention during the entire pregnancy period and finally baby boy was delivered by her on 2nd of May.

I would recommend Dr. Karuna Goyal to everyone and specially to those who have lot of questions to ask and want those to be answered.

-- She never treated us like we are bunch of uneducated engineers and can't understand basic medical terminology (unlike our last gynecologist). She explained us everything in layman terms

-- Always very punctual and we didn't have to wait long hours in the clinic/ hospital

-- Avoids unnecessary tests and medicines.

After the second trimester itself she told us that the baby may come early (which actually happened. Our baby came 3 weeks before the actual due date) and prepared us accordingly.

My wife water broke unexpectedly and Dr Karuna Goyal personally called the hospital staff and made sure that everything is in order even before we reached there.

We owe our gratitude to her for helping us out.

Amongst multiple things to be grateful for in past couple of years, one which stands out is meeting Dr. Karuna Goyal.

We visited Dr. Goyal after reading amazing reviews. Honestly, we had plans to meet her and couple of other doctors before deciding whom to continue with.

However, we fell in love with her instantly and never felt like meeting any other doctor.

Within a week after our first consultation, I went through a traumatic experience. Dr. took care of me like her own. She was continuously on phone with me, proactively asking how I was every morning and evening and reassuring me all will be well.

I was free to call/ WhatsApp/ visit her anytime. She called me every week to make me hear my baby’s heartbeat 💓 just so that I could be stress free.

Last trimester USG indicated low blood supply to my baby. With her proactive treatment and constant mental support, I was able to deliver a happy healthy baby almost full term.

Post delivery, we caught Covid and it was the toughest time of our lives. Dr. Goyal stood by us like a pillar of strength. For every big, little, personal or medical suggestion and help, she was there.

To cut the long story short, we are indebted to her for life. She’s my baby’s “Doctor Mumma”

She is very approachable and courteous, she patiently explains every detail and handles multiple queries. She is quite responsive on watsapp and calls, and makes you feel comfortable.

She keeps tests and visits to the minimum required, and always preached to have a positive attitude. She mentally prepared me for various birth options explaining the situations when we would choose one over the other because of which we were able to swiftly and comfortably act as appropriate.

She also brings in an economic and financial perspective, explains various options with its cost and let you choose.
