Very disappointing experience as the doctor is focused on asking to go for therapy and products. It felt she was a bit rude when you say no to a therapy. Not very attentive listening to the problem. Staff comes in with queries multiple times between the consultation and disrupt the flow of conversation. ***** *** **** **** ********* *** *** ** **** **** ***** ** *** wait time is too long even after taking the appointment.
A product prescribed once is often not available for the next time. I wanted to get a hair serum prescribed earlier and later when I went to purchase the same, it was not available and an alternate product was given, later I realised I was allergic to it. When I went to return the packed product, they kept it and said the balance amount will be adjusted in next consultation as they don’t have earlier prescribed product or any other alternatives. ** ***** ** ** ******** ********* ***** **** *** ** ***** **** *** **** **** *********
I have taken the loss and will never visit again. And will never recommend anyone to go there.
