Dr Rupa Chaubal was my fourth attempt at getting clinical help for my dehabilating depression and anxiety. And what can I say, fourth time is the charm. She was very congenial and friendly and created a safe and hospitable atmosphere which made it easier for me to open up about by deepest fears and regrets. I am grateful for her help and fully recommend her.

My therapy started with an intensive assessment and psychoeducation. From explaining the report to the symptoms of depression, Rupa was very thorough with her work. She was very accurate with her clinical judgement.

We worked on n number of issues that I was going through. We did comprehensive work and I gained a lot more insight into all my problems. I learned a lot about life and I saw drastic changes in myself. We also had a support group which boosted my confidence.

Now I'm pretty independent and I know myself very well, hence I can handle things on my own.It has been a great journey. Thank you Rupa!
