Dr Yatri Thacker is a homeopathic physician, stress counselor, an international childbirth educator. She is the director of HOMEOPATHIC HEALING CENTRE and practicing since 14 years. She has worked with the TIMES OF INDIA as a homeopathic physician and stress counselor for 4 years. She has written many HEALTH related articles in wellness times, Bombay times, Femina and mother & baby magazine. She has also conducted various workshops on stress management and parenting at TIMES OF INDIA & BANK OF BARODA.She believes that patients need to be dealt and treated not only for physical symptoms but also mental symptom. With stress increasing day by day a lot of people are suffering from psychosomatic disorders (they are diseases caused due to mental ailments or stress). Research shows that 60% of patients in INDIA visiting general practitioners are suffering from stress related health problems.These disorders can be treated very well with a combination of counseling and homeopathy. Pregnancy is the most amazing experience for each woman & so i thought it will be for me. I was doing fine for 3.5 months and then i started to feel anxious due to different reasons like " worrying about delivery" , " how will i cop up throughout 9 months " and many more.
I started searching for pregnancy meditation classes and thats how i got Dr. Yatri Thakkar's reference over net. Had a discussion with her over phone and went for a Yoga session, enjoyed my yoga session. On that day itself i described her my issues and she suggested to take a counselling session. Till then i was not aware that she also specializes in Homeopathic medicine and Is also International Child Birth educator.
I took my first counselling session, she heard me patiently regarding my history, prescribed some medication which is completely safe during pregnancy and also advised certain meditation technique.
My personal experience with doctor is that she is very friendly which is very rare these days. Easily approachable on what's app & call. Can repeat same thing without getting irritated. Most important- GIVES A PERSONAL TOUCH!!!
With subsequent counselling session, medication and her belief in me, i have started feeling better and now look forward to my delivery date with full of confidence.
Dr. is helping me yo heal myself completely from inside for the issues i have been struggling since a long time.
