The doctor is very friendly. She provided a detailed explanation of my issue and I was able to choose between exercises as per my comfort level. After following the exercises my knee pain has reduced significantly. I would definitely continue the treatment with her and will recommend her to my friends and family!

My Mom was diagnosed with Cervical Spondolysis due to which her left hand used to give lot of pain and numbness , our doctor suggested physiotherapy and I consulted with Dr Harshida and I must say the decision didn't let us down.

She listened to all the problems very calmly and suggested a treatment to strengthen the neck and hand muscles.

Also along with physiotherapy she checked my mom's other reports as well and gave necessary precautions for faster recovery and betterment.

Also she mainly focused on natural exercises for strengthening of the muscles along with nerve stimulations.

After 10 sessions my mom is feeling much better, she can sense her pain in the left hand reducing every single day and there is a lot of improvement.

Also my mom used to face constant headaches , Dr also suggested few neck exercises for headache.

A must recommend physiotherapist.

*** ******** ** *** ** *** **** ******* * **** ************ I had approached her, when I was down with a slipped disc and as a result had a humongous back-pain issue. She got to the root of the problem, provided great guidance on do's & dont's, daily exercise routine and also helped in procuring the materials I needed to support my exercise and posture change as prescribed. While it looked like initially (as the physician said after the MRI scan), that it would take more than 2-3 months to fully recover, I got fit in ~1 month itself with Dr. Harshida's treatment. She also helped with exercises that I should continue to strengthen my back even further.

In my experience with her, Dr. Harshida has deep knowledge of scientific methods around different issues that need physiotherapeutic assistance. Apart from that, the aspect that really stands out about her as a doctor is empathy. She gets to the root of the problem and looks to provide the best possible and economical solution. I will highly recommend Dr. Harshida.

I have been suffering from lower back severe pain since 2 years & went to many physiotherapist but the outcome after taking many session were just average.

After I met Dr. Harshida I started feeling difference in just 3-4 session, my pain was 60% lesser, after which she started focusing on my recovery from pain & strength building. I just loved her exercise technique.

I had hurt myself while playing cricket and I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder and limping problem too as my knee and back had suffered a shock reaction. After consulting with various orthopedic surgeons, nothing really materialized. I wasn't able to walk properly, not able to lift things, not able to sleep as well. It was getting really difficult to manage both work and life in general as I was operating at a limited health capacity daily.

I'm glad I came across Dr Harshida's clinic where she was patient enough to work on me for an extended period of time. Her core strengthening exercises were really helpful for me to get back on my feet and do everything without pain. I'm going to work on my health as much as possible with her provided tips and tricks and hopefully be back to full strength soon. She has provided a lot of help to move from a point of hopelessness to a point of hope and I'll always be thankful to her for that.

Dr Harshida has a way of understanding your pain while being very realistic in her approach. I went with a terrible Chronic shoulder pain to her. She gradually Introduced exercises that intended to make my muscle strong and not just provide temporary relief. My exercises kept getting more intense as she saw my body respond positively. She ensures that you are equipped to deal with the problem independently and not rely on her - that’s the best part of her treatment. Really grateful and satisfied with her work, effort and genuine concern.

Dr Harshida understood the issue and started working on the recovery instantly, her exercise plans and detail review of how the pain will subside and recovery procedures was on point. Its been 2 months i have been visiting her and i have gained control and strength in my shoulder and much better recovery than expected. The best part is that she follows up every other day asking how is the pain and when are you scheduling your next appointment so that you wont miss out on your recovery workout. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone who wishes to get treated by her.

Dr. Harshida is a pro and knows the art of healing pain through her exercises and stretches. soft spoken yet affirmative, she makes sure to describe the problem to the patient and then works on resolving it. I visited her for my lower back pain which happened due to improper lifting at the gym and also due to not stretching my body at all. I was initially given Current therapy and in just 3 sessions the pain subsided substantially. We then worked on some easy and relieving body stretches which further eased my pain. I have been doing those stretches daily and also know the importance of stretching your body regularly. also, YouTube helped me a lot as well. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
