Hello.. I would like to share my type 2 diabetes
journey from past 2.5 months. Prior to the
treatment, I weighed 93kgs but after consulting
Dr. Rohini Gajare, I came down to 90kgs which is
an excellent weight loss. She prescribed me with
metformin and other vitamin tablets which gave good results.
My fasting and PPBS are within normal range. Alongwith medication, strict diet and walk is very important. I take only healthy food like millet, oats, boiled veggies, sprouted, grams, green tea, dry chapathi, jowar dosa, sooji,fruits (apple, orange, guava), dry fruits and chicken.

My mother's sugar levels were FBS 197 and post lunch blood sugar was 342 and her hunger frequency got higher, but luckily we got doctor Rohini, who treatment and medicine got her back to normal levels, now her fasting blood sugar level is 125 and her post lunch blood sugar level is 126, we are very much thankful to the doctor.we definitely want others to consult her and get benefited.Thank you doctor for getting my mother's sugar levels and eating frequency to normal.🙏🏻
