Dear Dr. Smita Mukerjee My experience with your clinic was really bad as the front desk lady is absolutely cheap and not at all customer friendly, first i tried calling you yesterday for an appointment some lady named jiji picked up and said she will get back for sure to let me know regarding the appointment, there was sadly no call from her so i logged in the practo.com and booked an appointment which i got and the reference number 1277247 at 7 pm, i reached the clinic and to my surprise the lady on the desk said there is no appointment fixed and just casually told me to sit with other patients who had come to see you. every one there was complaining regarding the staff as no proper way of numbers were let to see the doctor - i got wild and immediately left out disgusted by the way the staff was handling each patients.I have been to your clinic once and this wasn't the scene, why have these things happening. you and Mr. Ranajit should take stock of the situation and correct or else you would loose valuable customers. I got myself examined later by Doctor Donald lobo - i preferred to visit your clinic and i got this treatment even after taking and appointment. Thank you Cyril George

I stay at Meghalaya and had travelled to Navi Mumbai especially for my cataract treatment. Since i have vision in only one eye wanted to take no chance about the perfect treatment for the only one eye with vision. I was impressed by the recommendation of my relatives about the doctor; that i decided to connect with Dr. Smita Mukherjee (Sanpada- Navi Mumbai) over internet. her response was promptr and comfortable. When i actual went and met her she exmined in detail and considering the criticality handled the situation with due care. Doctor and the staff were very helpful rite from fixing an appointment to accommodating before the check up or surgery.I liked their willingness to make the patient and the people accompanying them comfortable even if its on call at any odd hours. You are explained everything in detail to b kept in the loop.

The prices are quite reasonable. I am sure to get every eye related stuff done here for my entire family in the future.
