I have been visiting Dr. Jain since 2019. She is excellent at diagnosing and treating the issue at the root. She does not believe in just putting people on medicines like my prior experience with another doctor has been. She is patient, understanding and I have come a long way on my journey of healing so far; the guidance credit goes to her. I am glad I came across her on practo and I haven't looked back since. She combines her training in medicine with a good spiritual understanding of anxiety, which works for me very well. She really listens to you and what you have to say and then figures out the source . She helped me with finding the source and then we worked on it together. I went to her when I was going through a breakup. I was dealing with anxiety . She helped me work on it now I can easily deal with my feelings and feel safe . I am more present and can understand myself better. She has her own unique and fun way of helping you to be in the present and will help you with dealing your anxiety.
