I first went to see Dr. Pooja after having Botox for migraines with a neurologist. Unfortunately, the placement left me with some very noticeable new forehead lines. Dr. Pooja carefully looked at what had happened, explained what she thought was causing the problem, and used additional Botox to help even everything out.

She was incredibly patient and kind, and I felt like she really took the time to understand my concern. It has now been two weeks since that appointment, and my forehead looks SO much better. It’s no longer all crumpled up 😂 I’m actually going back today for my two-week follow-up.

I was also amazed by how seamless my appointment was. I walked in and was immediately offered water, Dr. Pooja called me in for an evaluation, then I went straight for photos and immediately afterward to the Botox room. There was basically no waiting around at all. It was honestly one of the most efficient and well-organized appointments I’ve ever had.

After just this one experience, I already know I’ll be going back to Dr. Pooja for my other concerns—including my Botox for migraines (!!), underarm sweating, and maintenance Botox and fillers.***** ******* *** **** ************** * *** ***** **** ****** ** ****** ** **** *** ***** *** the clinic that a friend is actually joining me today for an appointment of her own!

Not only this, less than a week ago I went there for laser hair removal as I do and for the third time this year, * *** **** **** **** ****** **** **** *** **** ** ***** **** *** ***** I repeatedly requested the doctor to refund the entire money but I received stereotypical standard responses asking me to come to the clinic which she herself has not visited since the lockdown began. Why would anyone in their sane mind want to visit a clinic again ***** **** ** **** **** ****** Giving a complete refund is the least they can do. Absolutely unprofessional. I started my treatment here around 3 months ago for acne and acne scars and I’m genuinely happy with the progress so far. My acne has reduced significantly and my skin also looks much healthier than before.

The next phase of my treatment is focused on reducing my acne scars and I’m looking forward to seeing further improvement.

One thing I really appreciate is Dr. Pooja’s approach. She is extremely calm, soft-spoken, patient and takes the time to listen to all my concerns. She explains everything well and never makes me feel rushed during consultations.

The therapists and the entire staff are equally warm, professional and well-trained. They give personal attention during every session and make sure the treatment is tailored to my skin’s needs which makes the overall experience very comfortable.

The treatments are definitely on the expensive side but the care, professionalism, and the results I’ve seen with my acne so far have been reassuring. I’m happy with my progress and hopeful that my acne scars will continue to improve over the coming months.
