I went to her for treatment i suffering from Schizophrenia and anxiety . And i told her that i cannot sleep she told me that I will not treat you . Se used these words i still remenber .

I was so sleepy and she told me that you should socialize and do a job . i am first of all very sleepy how will i do job at that state . *** **** ********** *** ******* ** ******* ********* *

Also

When i told her about the sexual problem she started making faces like she is very irritated of me .

i cannot give her 1 star also . *** ***** ***** *** **** ***** ******* ** * ****** ********* ** ***** ******* *** *** *** ******** *** **** ** ** ** *** **

About sexual problem she is not ok to talk about that and i waited for more that 1.5 hours and she ignored it .

Why she is not giving importance to any kind of mental health problem especially sexual health health is very important . She have to understand that first .

She is very friendly doctor.......me and my son known her last 5 years.......I visit clinic for my son's related but she told me ," actually treatment needed mostly for me first, because that time I was going to suffering depression which wasn't knew me."

My son also suffering little bit some thing like that was result getting fail in 10th prelims in 5 subject.after that we both take counselling with her and follow her every suggestion.

*My son got 75%in SSC board exam*

And me also getting out from that depression.

He is studying in Architect field under Dr.Meenakshi guidance.

Whenever we need visit her clinic and she helping so much in our life.

We realised that mental health is necessary to every individual after meet Dr. Meenakshi.

She always realising us that I am lucky Mom and my son is lucky son.

Was given an appointment for 15:30 local time I reached at 15:20 hrs within 15 mins a student of dr Kiran came for the case study. After that she told me to wait for sometime and that dr will see me. I was standing outside as there was no space to sit, for 1hrs and 30 mins, I asked the receptionist why is it taking so long, she said sir aapka number 8 patients ke baad hai( that my number is after 8 patients) and it will take another 4-5 hrs really, if the dr dint had any time why they gave me an appointment of 15:30 secondly when confronted with the doctor she said if you want you can go home I will see you in the morning. What kind of professionalism is this I travelled for one hour and waited for another one and half hour just to know that the dr cannot see.

And the doctors students reply was that the receptionist gave you the appointment and she is incharge and dr cannot do anything in this really are receptionists incharge of giving appointment without consulting the dr.

I had consulted Dr. Kiran for my mother . my mother was having schizophrenia since long time almost 20 years.. all family had lost hope of recovery. their treatment recovered my mother almost ***** ****** ********* *the late you treat this disease less recovery possible. the same expectation was set to me. but for us family even 90% is more than 100% because the loss we sufferred is beyond words to explain. I wish I could have find her earlier. because my childhood was spent in this trauma..people around this type of patients suffers a lot. but thank fully she is recovered and I cant thank her in just words I will specially come to meet her some day. I highly recommend Dr. Kiran Shandilya for any mental illness, trauma etc.
