I am sorry Mr.Chirag for you are not happy with the treatment done months back. But for your kind information your SCALING(CLEANING) was done for 45 MINUTES and not 2 MINUTES in order to remove all the stains over your teeth, which was shown to you in the mirror after the cleaning session..And Cleaning does not require any paste. What you are talking about is POLISHING which is done with a paste and it genuinely requires not more than 5-10 mins.For which I did call you on the next day as your gums were bleeding. But unfortunately the paste was not there due to some reason and I wasn't aware of that.My assistant told me that day itself when you arrived. And as far I as remember I did inform you about that and asked you to come again.You did tell that you'll call and come and you didn't turn up after that . So please don't lie atleast over here and give the feedback that your treatment was just done for 2 mins and you were sent back.No Dental treatment can be done in 2 mins (atleast by me).
