His operation date and room was fixed. We meet Dr Himakshi before the operation for an opinion .. she started her treatment and we never had to go for an operation.. My name is Smitha and I had my left arm pain for last

Besides being a professional she is a great human & her team is equally professional. She tries to solve the problem at the earliest with long term resolution. Dr. Hemakshi Basu , a name to reckon with.

My first visit to the place was with my sister and from the first visit itself there was a a comfort level.. So patient in hearing your problem. And her diagnosis is so bang on.

So when I had a problem she was the only one that came to my mind. Have never come across a Doctor like her who is so simple and always smiling and assuring your recovery.

Dr Hamakshi Basu is very professional in her approach and took less than 5 minutes to understand my situation. She also figured out that since I have very limited time to see her, gave me a very practical approach to take the first step in my recovery process and started me on baby steps.

Dr Basu very clearly told me what and why the pain exists.She very gently made me aware of the different pressure points and handled caringly.Exercises were given to me with oral and written instructions. I am on my way to recovery...Feeling much better.Thank you.

Went to Dr hemakshi for neck and shoulder problem. She was very friendly n pinpointed the exact problem and showed me how to avoid it in future. I am having this pain since a year but with one visit itself the pain has subsided. Would highly recommend her to everyone.
