I have been suffering from fiberoids issue from more than 4 years. It became really serious now and due to which all the weight gain too. I lead a very active life and had started workouts for more than 4 months along with a decent diet. But unfortunately due to my fibroid issue I was unable to lose weight. Thanks to Meghna ji. Because of her I was not only able to lose 5 kgs in a months time but also 2 inches lose from my waist, abdomen and thighs. She is a very friendly dietixian and at the same time strict. Initially I felt ai could not follow the diet but now I feel so much more positive, healthier and lighter in just one month. And more importantly she changed my lifestyle. I lost 20 kgs in 2 years. Dr is very patient and kept me motivated. Losing the first 10kg was easy. After that I hit a lot of plateaus. Each time Dr kept me motivated and came out with different diet routines to push the limits.
