Dear Dr Shri Patnaik.

This is in respect of expressing a few words of appreciation to you for having successfully performed laser Surgery on my severe, heavily bleeding hemorrhoids which I was suffering for a considerable period of time. You gave me a patience hearing and explained that In spite of my being on blood thinners and in my seventies, the laser surgery could be easily and safely performed without any complication, pain or inconvenience and I would be on my feet the next day. Hence I underwent the said Surgery under you at Apollo Spectra Hospital Tardeo,Mumbai on 17th September 2021. I was surprised to see the elaborate precautionary arrangement being made at the surgery room for my care and safety to meet any kind of predicament, though there was none and the surgery was absolutely painless and done successfully with local anesthesia carried out within no time and by evening I was able to walk home comfortably. Special mention I would like to make of the friendly and very considerate attendants in the surgery room and the ICU especially of the Lady Anesthetic, staff and nurses who were extremely efficient, polite and attentive. I have had no problem with my piles or any bleeding from that day on wards and I regret not having come here earlier but seeking treatment elsewhere. All aspect of the matter was taken care of, by the Apollo Spectra Hospital including paper work for admission and insurance claim without my lifting a single finger. I cannot thank you enough for having solved my severe problem without any repercussion and I am attending to my work effortlessly .I have been narrating my pleasant experience with you and Apollo Spectra Hospital to all my friends and acquaintances and highly recommending them to get all kinds of treatment here.
