I was havuing anxiety problems since 2 years for which I was taking counselling sessions , simoni mam customised her treatment plan as per my case history .she used different psychotherapies and techniques which really helped me. I really liked the table leg technique . Iwas also equipped with certain life skills .I highly reccomend simoni mam.

i had taken counselling sessions earlier , but this was very helpfull . Simoni mam identified the root cause of the problem and worked on it . I am still taking her sessions . The only one thing where I was not comfortable was that sometimes i had to wait but overall nice experience . recommendable

Dr. Simoni is a very compassionate individual. She takes time to understand and actively listen to what we feel. She then tries to connect the dots and suggest a way to heal step by step. She is quite patient, doesn't assume or rush into deductions. I felt comfortable confiding in her and I was left hopeful that I would heal in the subsequent sessions.
